The girl's uncle, father and grandfather were involved in the crime. He did all this just because the girl's uncle had a rape case. In such a situation, the three accused hatched a conspiracy that if the husband of the rape victim is implicated in a false case of murder, then the rape case would be dismissed by creating pressure.

This whole incident is of Madhopur village under Amaria police station area of Pilibhit. The girl's name was Anam. On December 3, she was found suffering in the field. He had a deep wound on his stomach. The intestines had come out. There were also injury marks on the face and hands. After suffering for about half an hour, he died in front of his family members.
The family accused their relative Shakeel of the murder, but their ploy failed. Police investigation revealed that the child Anam's father Anees, uncle Shadab and grandfather Shehzade killed her to avenge their enmity.

The names of two more brothers of Anees and Shadab, Salim and Naseem, also surfaced in the conspiracy. After this, the police arrested all the five accused. All of them have accepted their crime.

Father Anees, uncle Shadab and grandfather Shehzade had started planning to kill Anam a month back. The mastermind behind the murder of the girl child was her uncle Shadab and grandfather. To save her brother, the girl's father also joined her. The killers of the girl child believed that the daughter would have a second birth, but if the brother went to jail, the family would disintegrate. That's why all three brutally murdered the 10-year-old innocent. This has been revealed by the accused in the interrogation of the police.

Accused uncle Shadab also says, “The rest of the family did not know anything about this matter. He was not aware of this. Sister-in-law was also not aware of this. She was in shock after Anam's death. They think Anam will come back. It felt bad to see this condition of my sister-in-law, but we were also helpless. But we didn't know that the family we were trying to save would be completely ruined. Everyone in the house will know the truth after our arrest."
