On the afternoon of November 18, the Mathura police received information about the unclaimed dead body of the girl. The girl had injury marks on her head, arms and legs. Whereas, there was a bullet injury in the left chest. 8 police teams were dispatched to investigate the matter. The matter came to light within 48 hours.
About 20 thousand mobile calls were traced to identify the girl. The location surveillance team of these mobile phones searched Khangali and checked the footage of 210 CCTV cameras of the entire area, only then the police were able to identify the unclaimed dead body. Not only this, the UP police involved in the investigation had also pasted posters of the deceased in the surrounding areas including Delhi-NCR, Hathras and Aligarh.
Apart from this, police teams involved in the identification of the dead reached Gurugram, Agra, Aligarh, Hathras, Noida and Delhi. Photos of the deceased were shared on police WhatsApp groups and social media platforms Twitter and Facebook. Due to this, the police got input and the whole thing came to light.
Police sources said that the unclaimed body has been identified as Nitesh Yadav, daughter of Ayushi Yadav. The family of Nitesh Yadav, a resident of district Gorakhpur, currently resides in street number-65, village Modband, police station Badarpur (new delhi).
